Materials & care

Genuine vegetable-tanned leather (Italian tanneries) and brushed brass hardware, brushed silver finish, assembled with rivets and rings.

Everyday care: a dry or slightly damp cloth is enough. Avoid prolonged sun exposure and stagnant humidity, which dull vegetable-tanned leather over time.

Shipping

Order confirmation within 24 business hours, then handmade production, indicative lead time of 7-8 business days, confirmed at the time of order. Shipped with tracking, to mainland France and the European Union for now.

Plain packaging, no logo or mention of contents on the outside.

Returns & exchanges

Cancellation and a full refund are available with no justification needed, as long as production hasn't started. Once your piece has gone into production, since it's customised to your request, the standard right of withdrawal no longer applies (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), we always look at each situation case by case.

A manufacturing defect is always covered: repair, replacement or refund depending on the case. Full details in our Terms of sale.
