Everyday care: a dry cloth is enough to keep the finish's shine. Avoid abrasive products and prolonged exposure to humidity.

Cancellation and a full refund are available with no justification needed, as long as production hasn't started. Once your piece has gone into production, since it's customised to your request, the standard right of withdrawal no longer applies (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), we always look at each situation case by case.
