Since every piece is customised and handmade, the preparation time is communicated individually when the order is confirmed.
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for items customised at your request (engraving, charm combinations), which are not eligible for return in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Failing an amicable settlement or mediation, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
